Delightful no-bake bars that capture the classic s’mores flavors without the need for a campfire.

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar, ensuring they’re evenly mixed for a balanced flavor profile.
  2. Mix in the Butter: Stir in the melted butter until well combined. The mixture should resemble wet sand and hold together nicely.
  3. Create the Base: Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan, creating an even layer to serve as the foundation for your bars.
  4. Layer with Marshmallows: Layer mini marshmallows evenly over the crust. Feel free to add a few additional marshmallows on top for a gooier texture.
  5. Melt Chocolate Bliss: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter (if using) until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds to avoid burning.
