A festive and colorful layered dessert perfect for St. Patrick’s Day featuring creamy mint, decadent chocolate, and a crunchy Oreo crust.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oreo cookies, crushed
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream (or cool whip)
  • 1 tsp mint extract
  • A few drops of green food coloring
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust; press into the bottom of a dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream, mint extract, and food coloring. Spread this mixture over the Oreo crust.
  3. Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions and layer it over the mint filling.
  4. Refrigerate for several hours or until set.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy your festive dessert!
