Deliciously sweet and nutty no bake peanut butter bars, perfect for snacks or desserts.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk or dark chocolate (optional for topping)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter and honey in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add rolled oats and salt, stirring until fully mixed.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the dish.
  5. Melt chocolate (if using) and pour over the top, spreading evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

Use natural peanut butter for the best flavor and pack the mixture tightly for cleaner cuts.
