Delicious and simple No-Bake Oreo Balls that blend crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese, coated in chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz chocolate for coating (milk or dark chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo Cookies by placing them in a food processor or zip-top bag until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix with Cream Cheese in a bowl until combined and slightly sticky.
  3. Form the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for 30 minutes to help them hold shape.
  5. Melt the chocolate using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and then return to the baking sheet, refrigerate until set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Freeze for up to a month with layers separated by parchment paper.
