  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups mango puree
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then pressing into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl to soft peaks, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until incorporated.
  4. Combine the mango puree and lemon juice with the cream cheese mixture, folding until fully combined.
  5. Fill the crust with the mango filling.
  6. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  7. Serve chilled, garnished with additional mango slices if desired.
