A decadent no-bake pie featuring a graham cracker crust, luscious peanut butter mousse, and a rich chocolate ganache.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Mix peanut butter mixture: In another bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla together until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Spread the mousse: Spread the peanut butter mousse over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Make the ganache: In a saucepan, heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream until just simmering. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  6. Top with ganache: Pour the chocolate ganache over the mousse and spread evenly.
  7. Chill and set: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Serve and enjoy: Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing. Don’t rush the chilling process; the mousse needs time to set perfectly. Feel free to adjust the peanut butter amount for extra flavor.
