Quick and delicious no bake cookies with a rich chocolate flavor, ready in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
  2. Melt the butter, milk, and dry ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil for about one minute, stirring consistently.
  4. Stir in the quick oats and vanilla extract until well coated.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls onto wax paper or a baking sheet and let cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Notes
