  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix the marinade: In a bowl, combine harissa paste, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and lemon juice.
  2. Coat the chicken: Coat the chicken thighs thoroughly with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken: Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
