Delightful monster cookies, bursting with peanut butter, chocolate chips, and colorful M&M’s—perfect for sharing or enjoying solo.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M&M’s

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Combine the oats and baking soda until well blended.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&M’s until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
