A delightful combination of rich chocolate cake, creamy vanilla ice cream, and cookie dough, topped with vibrant M&M’s.

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 cup M&M’s
  • Eggs, oil, and water (as per cake mix instructions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the chocolate cake mix instructions to ensure a perfectly baked cake.
  2. Combine the chocolate cake mix with the eggs, oil, and water in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Pour the batter into a round cake pan and bake according to the package instructions. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  4. Remove the cake from the pan and carefully slice it in half. Layer half of the cake on a serving plate.
  5. Spread a generous layer of vanilla ice cream over the first cake layer, letting it freeze slightly if needed.
  6. Crumble half of the chocolate chip cookie dough on top of the ice cream layer.
  7. Place the second layer of chocolate cake on top of the cookie dough and ice cream.
  8. Spread another layer of vanilla ice cream on top of the second cake layer.
  9. Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the second layer of vanilla ice cream.
  10. Sprinkle M&M’s all over the top of the cake.
  11. Freeze the cake for at least 2 hours or until it is firm and ready to serve.

Notes

Ensure the cake is completely cool before layering to prevent melting the ice cream. Customize toppings as desired.
