A rich and decadent Mississippi Mud Pie with a creamy chocolate filling and a graham cracker crust, topped with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Create the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, and pressing it into a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Whisk together the sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  5. Pour the filling into the crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  7. Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  8. Melt the toppings in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Cool the pie and serve with whipped cream.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to a month.
