A comforting slow-cooked dish featuring chicken, ranch dressing, and pepperoncini for a flavor-packed meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 jar pepperoncini peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
  3. Place the butter on top and add the pepperoncini peppers (with juice).
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  6. Shred the chicken, mix it with the sauce, and serve over rice or with your favorite sides.

Notes

For thicker gravy, let the sauce reduce in the slow cooker for about 10 minutes with the lid off.
