A refreshing and healthy twist on classic mint chocolate chip ice cream, packed with protein and delicious flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend the Greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, mint leaves, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, or freeze it in a container, stirring every hour for 4-6 hours.
  4. Scoop it into bowls and enjoy!

Notes

For a stronger mint flavor, steep mint leaves in milk before blending. Feel free to add berries or matcha for variations.
