Instructions
Blend the Greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, mint leaves, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Stir in mini chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, or freeze it in a container, stirring every hour for 4-6 hours.
