Delicious fudgy brownies with a minty frosting, perfect for indulgent celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup mint chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup green mint frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter over low heat, then stir in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix in the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Spread the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the mint chocolate chips generously over the top.
  6. Pop the baking dish into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool completely.
  8. Spread the green mint frosting on top and slice into squares.

Notes
