- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and crushed pineapple, and allow the mixture to simmer until it thickens.
- Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture carefully.
- Layer the caramelized pineapple mixture in muffin liners, followed by the cheesecake filling, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
