  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine diced peaches with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined, then set aside.
  2. Create the batter by whisking together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add in the melted butter and milk, stirring until smooth.
  3. Layer the dessert cups starting with a spoonful of peach mixture, followed by a layer of batter. Repeat until the cups are filled.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool slightly, then mix together the cream cheese, whipped cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Top each dessert cup with the creamy filling and serve immediately.
