  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix diced peaches with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Combine flour, remaining sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Layer the peach mixture and crumbly topping in small dessert cups.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
  6. Allow the cups to cool slightly.
  7. Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  8. Fold in whipped cream and milk until well combined.
  9. Spoon the creamy filling over the warm peach cobbler layers.
  10. Serve in the dessert cups, either warm or chilled.

Notes

For the best flavor, use ripe peaches. Can substitute frozen peaches if needed.
