Delightful cheesecake cups layered with rich, creamy cheesecake and sweet cookie dough, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Cupcake liners or small dessert cups

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth in a large bowl.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Mix the flour, brown sugar, and softened butter to create a cookie dough, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Layer a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture in dessert cups, followed by a layer of cookie dough, and top with more cheesecake.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
