Delicious no-bake cheesecake bites with a creamy filling and buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Chocolate or fruit topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Prepare a mini muffin tin with paper liners and spoon the mixture into each cup.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top and press them down lightly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and add toppings if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add toppings just before serving for the best texture.
