Indulge in the luxurious layers of a Millionaire’s Cheesecake, featuring a creamy filling, buttery biscuit base, and rich caramel and chocolate drizzle.

Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 600g cream cheese
  • 150g sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200ml sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100g caramel sauce
  • 100g chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the base of a springform pan.
  4. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  7. Pour the mixture over the prepared base and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  8. Cool to room temperature, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  9. Drizzle with caramel sauce and melted chocolate before serving.

Notes

For a creamier texture, bake the cheesecake in a water bath.
