A rich and decadent cheesecake with a graham cracker crust, luscious cream cheese filling, and topped with caramel and chocolate ganache.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the center is set with a slight jiggle.
  7. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate ganache on top before serving.

Notes

Serve with fresh berries or whipped cream for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
