Decadent Millionaire’s Bars with layers of chocolate and peanut butter on a crunchy crust. Easy to make and perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Crunchy Base: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and melted butter, mixing until crumbly. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 inch pan.
  2. Add the Gooey Layer: Spread the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  3. Melt the Chocolate and Peanut Butter: In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together until smooth. Pour this over the sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Sprinkle the Nuts: Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired, adding that extra crunch and flavor.
  5. Chill and Set: Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until set, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Make sure to pack the crust mixture tightly into the pan for a solid base. For the best texture, allow the bars to chill enough to set properly.
