A creamy and savory spaghetti casserole perfect for gatherings and cozy dinners, featuring layers of gooey cheese, savory beef, and pasta.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 1 can (15 ounces) ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté the ground beef with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until browned.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Mix the cooked spaghetti with ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan.
  6. Spread half of the spaghetti mixture in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  7. Layer with the beef sauce evenly.
  8. Top with the remaining spaghetti mixture.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

Leftover Million Dollar Spaghetti can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
