A warm, creamy chicken dish smothered in a zesty cheddar and ranch blend, topped with a crunchy cornflake crust.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cornflakes, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Prepare the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the creamy mixture over each breast.
  4. Add the crushed cornflakes on top for a crunchy texture.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and edges are bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. You can prep this in advance and store it in the fridge before baking.
