  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the corn directly on the grill grates and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
