Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Begin by cooking the pasta according to package directions. Once it’s al dente, drain it and give it a quick rinse under cold water.
  2. Combine the Fresh Ingredients: In a large bowl, toss together the cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, finely chopped red onion, sliced Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. Whisk Together the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
