A festive medley of sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and carrots roasted to caramelized perfection in a sweet maple glaze.

  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 4 Carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the veggies with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
