Deliciously gooey Magic Cookie Bars with layers of graham crackers, chocolate, and coconut, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and optional nuts on top of the condensed milk layer.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
  6. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

These bars can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or frozen for up to three months.
