Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened butter with lobster meat, crab meat, lemon juice, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix everything together until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and roll it into a log shape.
  4. Chill the log in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Slice into round pieces and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For an extra zing, add a dash of hot sauce. Use fresh seafood for the best flavor, but pre-packaged options are fine too.
