Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Mix the butter base by combining softened butter with lobster meat, crab meat, lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Blend everything together until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a log on parchment paper.
  5. Chill the log in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  6. Slice the log into rounds and serve as an appetizer or over seafood.
