Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Mix the wet and dry ingredients gently until just combined.
  4. Whip the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped egg whites into the batter carefully.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter to coat the pan.
  7. Pour a scoop of batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form.
  8. Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on the other side.
