A refreshing layered dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, cream cheese layer, and tangy lemon pudding, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • Additional cool whip for topping
  • Lemon zest for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Create the graham cracker crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then pressing into a 9×13 inch dish.
  3. Whip together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in cool whip and spread over the crust.
  4. Prepare the lemon pudding by whisking together instant lemon pudding mix and milk until thick, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with an additional layer of cool whip, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Garnish with lemon zest before serving.

Notes
