A quick and healthy Lemon Herb Salmon recipe that brings together fresh ingredients for a delightful weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for the perfect baking environment.
  2. Mix the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a small bowl until well mixed.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the lemon herb mixture generously over the salmon fillets, making sure each piece is well coated.
  5. Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and let it bake for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove the salmon from the oven and plate it warmly.

Notes

For best results, use wild-caught salmon. If using dried herbs instead of fresh, use about a third of the amount.
