A quick and flavorful dish featuring shrimp sautéed in a luscious garlic butter sauce, brightened with fresh lemon.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Cook the shrimp until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and zest, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
