  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
  4. Add broccoli and carrots, cooking until tender, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.
  5. Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice, garnishing with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Notes

For a one-pot meal, consider using frozen stir-fry veggies. Adjust sweetness by adding more brown sugar or honey.
