A delightful cake inspired by the beloved Kinder Bueno bars, combining rich dark chocolate and creamy whipped cream for a nostalgic dessert experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Kinder Bueno bars
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200g butter
  • 200g sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 200g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100ml milk
  • 300ml whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together until smooth.
  3. Mix the sugar and eggs until light and creamy. Add the melted chocolate mixture.
  4. Combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and milk gently until just mixed.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Slice the cake in half horizontally to create two layers.
  8. Assemble by spreading whipped cream and crushed Kinder Bueno bars on the bottom layer, then adding the top layer.
  9. Frost the top with more whipped cream and decorate as desired.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftover cake covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
