Delicious and satisfying keto breadsticks brushed with garlic butter, perfect for dipping or enjoying solo.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  4. Combine the melted cheese mixture with the dry ingredients, eggs, and melted butter, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Shape the dough into sticks, thick or thin as preferred.
  6. Prepare the breadsticks on the baking sheet and brush with minced garlic and parsley.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for about 10 minutes.
