Delicious beef kebabs infused with aromatic herbs and spices, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the grated onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Form the Kebabs: Take a handful of the meat mixture and form it into cylindrical shapes around the skewers. Pack them firmly.
  3. Prepare the Grill: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush it lightly with olive oil.
  4. Grill the Kebabs: Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until they are cooked through and nicely charred.
  5. Rest the Kebabs: Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

For extra flavor, consider pairing these kebabs with a sauce like tzatziki or tahini dressing.
