A creamy, spicy dip made with cheese and jalapenos, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or canned)
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, diced jalapenos, diced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined into a creamy mixture.
  4. Transfer to a medium-sized baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Add breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture, if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
