A warm, creamy dip infused with spicy jalapeños, perfect for gatherings and game days.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add in the shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan cheeses.
  4. Toss in the diced jalapeños along with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. Spoon your dip mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or artisan bread. It can also be made in advance and stored in the fridge.
