A delightful combination of sweet honey and tangy Dijon mustard, this Honey Mustard Chicken is easy to prepare and perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil in a bowl and whisk until combined.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
