  1. Prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water to create a smooth sauce. Setting this aside allows the flavors to meld beautifully.
  2. Heat the skillet: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Brown the sausage: Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and crispy.
