Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil until well combined.
  2. Season the salmon: Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper, ensuring each piece is nicely coated.
  3. Marinate the salmon: Place the salmon in a shallow dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over it. Ensure the fillets are well submerged. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while the salmon is marinating.
  5. Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  6. Arrange the salmon: Place the marinated salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart for even cooking.
  7. Bake the salmon: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Garnish and serve: Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley before serving.
