A delightful homemade veggie pizza loaded with fresh vegetables and gooey cheese, perfect for a comforting meal.

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauced base.
  6. Distribute the sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and zucchini over the cheese.
  7. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to the pizza.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
  9. Cool for a couple of minutes after baking.
