A delightful dessert that features a sugar cookie crust topped with a creamy filling and an array of fresh fruits, creating a beautiful and tasty centerpiece.

  • 1 sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Assorted fresh fruits (such as strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, and bananas)
  • Optional: fruit glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven as per the sugar cookie dough instructions.
  2. Roll out the sugar cookie dough into a large pizza shape on a baking sheet.
  3. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by mixing softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
  5. Arrange the assorted fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Glaze it with fruit glaze if desired.
  7. Slice the fruit pizza into wedges and serve chilled.

Notes
