  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped herbs (e.g., parsley, chives, dill)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts, almonds)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes or mixed spices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended.
  2. Add the chopped herbs, nuts, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Divide the mixture into three equal portions and shape each into a ball.
  4. Roll each cheese ball in red pepper flakes or mixed spices to create a festive crust.
  5. Place the cheese balls on a serving platter and decorate to resemble ornaments.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
