  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 lb lean ground meat (e.g., turkey or chicken)
  • 12 oz high-protein pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the high-protein pasta according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. Brown the lean ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; stir gently.
  5. Mix in the cooked ground meat.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
