Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 yellow squash, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
