A comforting and nostalgic dish packed with crispy hashbrowns, creamy cheese, and tangy sour cream, perfect for any mealtime.

  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar works great!)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the hashbrowns, cheese, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Serve hot as a side or main dish.

Notes

For extra crunch, sprinkle with crushed cornflakes or panko breadcrumbs before baking. Feel free to substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter version.
