A warm, cheesy casserole featuring crispy hashbrowns and creamy goodness, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • 30 oz frozen hashbrowns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, chopped onion, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
